No-show, no customer service

My 6-yr-old ordered this with his allowance money. A month later, the item never came. Seller said it would arrive within a week. Another month later, it still hasn't. Tried following a "contact us" link here on the web site, but the email bounced back. Now i've reported an issue on the shopify app. We'll see if that works.
